&! Adding Frames
Although I don't use frames for this site, I still get questions asking about Dreamweaver.

1. Open up a blank new page in Dreamweaver.
2. Go to Window >> Objects (at the very top)
3. Click on the litte arrow on the top next to where it says "Common"

4. Scroll down to "Frames" and you will see an option list of what kind of frames you would like.

5. After that is done, you now can slide your mouse along the edges so you can resize them.
